Steve Sachewicz, outgoing President of the Central Citrus Rotary Club, congratulates Karen Stephenson for being slected as the club's "Rotarian of the Year". Karen is the club's Secretary. It was her second consecutive year of receiving this award from her fellow Rotarians.
